1. Who We Are
QuickReport ("QuickReport", "we", "us") is a reporting tool for marketing agencies and freelance media buyers, available at quickreport.app. It connects to your advertising accounts with read-only access, analyzes performance data, and generates written, branded client reports. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information (name, email) that Google shares with us.
- Advertising platform data. When you connect Meta Ads or Google Ads, we access campaign performance data — campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and similar reporting metrics — using read-only API access that you authorize via OAuth. We store the OAuth tokens needed to refresh this data and the performance data used in your reports. We never request permission to create, edit, or manage campaigns, budgets, or billing on any connected platform.
- Client and report content. Information you provide about the clients you report on (names, branding such as logos and colors) and the reports generated for them.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe shares with us your subscription status and limited billing metadata.
- Usage data. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to operate and secure the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate the reports and analyses you request, including AI-written report narratives.
- To deliver scheduled reports by email at the cadence you configure.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service, and to provide support.
- To process subscription payments and manage your account.
- To communicate with you about your account, including sign-in links and service notices.
We do not sell your personal information or your advertising data, and we do not use your advertising data for advertising of our own or for purposes unrelated to providing the service to you.
4. Google User Data
QuickReport's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google Ads data is accessed with read-only scopes and used only to generate the reports and analyses you request within QuickReport.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (see Section 6), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalized machine-learning models, and humans do not read this data except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can revoke QuickReport's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the integration inside QuickReport.
5. Meta Platform Data
Data accessed from the Meta Marketing API is used solely to generate your reports and analyses, consistent with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can revoke QuickReport's access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings or by disconnecting the integration inside QuickReport.
6. How We Share Information
We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run QuickReport, and only to the extent needed to provide the service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Anthropic— AI processing used to write report narratives. Performance data relevant to a report is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the written analysis.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional and scheduled report email delivery.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of QuickReport, our users, or others.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data, connected-platform data, and generated reports for as long as your account is active. Report history is kept so that new reports can draw on up to 12 months of context. If you disconnect an ad platform, we stop accessing its data and delete the associated OAuth tokens. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your personal data and stored advertising data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records). To request deletion, contact us at the address in Section 11.
8. Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. OAuth tokens and stored data are kept in access-controlled infrastructure, and we request only read-only scopes from advertising platforms so QuickReport can never modify your campaigns or billing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
9. Children
QuickReport is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
